Where to Begin...

I hate posting without pics to follow but alas, I havent posted in a long time and I have no pics so I guess this will do! We've been really busy lately with school, midterms and work! It feels like we come home every night, eat dinner and go to bed right away, life seems to be in a lull for the moment (anyone else ever feel that way?)We have nothing to complain about though because we have our health, great friends, wonderful family and a growing baby! We still have 3 weeks until our appointment to find out the sex but for now we call it "Piglet". We have some names picked out, unique names if I might add, because Braden is bound and determined to make this kid cool, starting with the name. One of my favorites is Truman but my cousin has a little boy named Truman (and he is the cutest thing!) so we've now got some others up our sleeve (we'll let you know when we decide)!

Last weekend we went to witness my cousin Shannons baby blessing. Her daughter Imogen is absolutely beautiful and was so fun to play with! It was great to see some of my family from WA especially my Gma and Gpa Lee. They are living with Shannons family and came with them and Gpa Lee actually helped in the blessing. It was great to watch him do that especially with the Parkinsons taking such great tolls on his body. Braden stood in the circle beside Gpa and helped to keep him standing. It brought tears to my eyes watching all the generations in the blessing and know that Imogen is blessed with a wonderful family. We had so much fun reminiscing with Gma and Gpa Lee at the luncheon and Gma told me some stories of her pregnancies and was so excited to hear about ours. It was sad to leave at the end of the day because I really dont know when or if I'll be able to see them again. They are so precious and have left such a wonderful legacy to our family.

Well, enough writing, maybe we'll have something to post next week with pictures!

Love that story of the blessing! It's such a blessing of youth to have members of the older generations of the family still around.

I love Truman's name of course, because he's my boy. Thanks for the compliment, we sure love him and his name. :) Sounds like a great time at the blessing, glad you got to see the gpa & gma.
