Loads of Pics

Sorry I havent posted in a LONG time, almost a month, but life has been hectic and busy. Mason is now mobile, not crawling yet but scooting. I put him in one place on a blanket on the floor, turn my back, and he has moved a few feet away. Needless to say I have less time to blog while playing with my growing baby and trying to keep him entertained. He is a social bug, he loves to see what is going on all the time. He loves to stand on your lap and talk, giggle and be tickled. He is such a joy to have in our home! Here are a bunch of recent pics and milestones.

Mason began sucking on his hands a while ago and pretty much anything he can get his mouth on. I was teasing one day that Mason was going to give himself a hickey and the next day I found this on his arm, a Mason sized hickey on his arm!


Mason plays so well by himself on the floor for hours a day. Sometimes I come back into the room and he's turned around or once I looked over and he had actually fallen asleep. Easily entertained, gotta love it.

Masons newest toy. I have been looking for this seat called a "Bumbo" for a while. I didnt want to pay full price for a brand new one and I finally found this at a second hand kids store here in Provo (gotta love Provo). Its awesome! He can sit on his own which he loves and he's just SO cute in it!





Mason has always been a great night sleeper but a horrible nap taker. He cat naps for 30-45 minutes at a time about 5 times a day. It wreaks hacov on any type of schedule. When we were in Idaho for Thanksgiving, my sister in law Mary was wrapping her 7 month old for bed really tightly like this. I told her about Masons napping problems and she said we should try wrapping him like this too. We did so and 5 minutes later he was put down for a nap that lasted 2 1/2 hours! I was so amazed and excited! When we got home I went and found this fabric, its really stretchy, and Mason has been sleeping like a champ, day and night ever since! Thanks a TON Mary!
