We spent the weekend in Denver Colorado at our friends Amanda and Branden's wedding! Aren't the names ironic, it was really confusing for their family members when we met them! We had a really fun road trip out there and the scenery was beautiful! the weather was perfect and we really can't wait to go explore some of the sites we saw! The wedding was beautiful in the Denver Temple! It was so neat to watch them kneel and be sealed together, it was a good reminder of the covenants Braden and I made together not too long ago. The whole day was beautiful and filled with love and laughter! We are so grateful we were able to be there to support Braden's best friend Branden and our new friend Amanda Berns! Here's just a few pics from the weekend!
At a rest stop on the way home Sunday. We drove 2 friends home because the car they drove up with broke down at the home we stayed at :( so we took em! They were so much fun!
Braden, Branden, Amanda, Amanda!
After the sealing we were leaving the temple when we ran into Braden's mission dad, his trainer Troy. We haven't been able to see him yet (even though he is in Provo too) so it was REALLY random to run into him in Denver. He was up for a different wedding!
All the girls!
All the men!
Us in front of the Denver temple. It was beautiful!
Bride and Groom coming out of the temple.
They came out twice because the first time we weren't ready with the video camera so we made them do it again and this time we cheered louder! It was funny!
Braden drove the whole 6 1/2 hours there! I told him I would drive but he insisted he was fine, so I took a picture to document his fineness!
This was a neat part of the sunset. The rays were beautiful and I was happy we could catch them in a picture! This was somewhere along I-70 in Colorado (I think just after we passed Vail Colorado.)
