Last week we had the most beautiful weather! I say last week because we woke up to snow flutters this morning :( So to celebrate the nice weather we decided to take a family outing and go hiking up Y mountain. The weather was SO warm and the clear blue skies were so inviting so off we went. The hike itself was short but ruthless. It felt like we were going straight up at times and I swear we were! We had a great time, Mason LOVED being outdoors in the backpack with dad and looking around the whole time and he did great! 
He was wide awake and happy the whole time except for the last 10 minutes on the way down when he passed out.

Oh I know that hike is so brutal! It is great though when you just want to hike without a whole lot of preparation or driving time. I think I hiked that like 20 times in the 2 years I was there. haha.
